Job Description

We're seeking passionate problem-solvers with a technical background or STEM education to join our Account Management team in Albany, NY.

In this role, you'll create cutting-edge solutions that enhance energy and water efficiency, boost profitability, and protect our natural resources.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary contact for assigned customers, actively listening to their needs and providing technical expertise to resolve issues. You'll drive growth by continuously creating and selling value propositions that leverage our competitive advantage and broad product portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in water process/treatment or relevant industry

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biology or related field (or 4+ years of relevant experience)

  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory and reside near customers if required

  • Ability to work in industrial environments and comply with safety requirements

  • Basic computer skills such as Google Suite and its applications

  • Valid driver's licence (if operating a company vehicle).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in water treatment/process industry

  • Knowledge of HPI and/or CPI process industry

  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills

  • Proven sales record and computer proficiency.
