Alcon Construction, Inc. Concrete Laborer in Alamosa, Colorado
Come join our team as a concrete laborer where you'll assist in all phases of concrete projects including site prep, setting forms, tying rebar, pouring, finishing, and site clean-up. We anticipate hiring multiple positions in the next several months. Projects you may work on include sidewalks, curb and gutter, walls, and flatwork, including large commercial slabs.
Ideally candidates will have: Previous and recent concrete experience (as shown on your resume or application) Knowledge of concrete construction, placement and safety regulations An understanding of concrete placement, curing and finishing techniques A reliable method of getting to and from work, preferably have a driver's license Your own tools of the trade The ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish)
Compensation varies based on related experience. The starting wage for those without experience is $17.00 per hour. The pay range goes up to $24 per hour for those with related and documented concrete experience (as shown on their resume or application) as well as all the qualifications listed above, including a valid driver's license.
