Title: Project Manager I
Location: Alameda, CA(Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Pay Range : $52/hr to $56/hr (On W2)
We are looking for a “ Project Manager “to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Work independently to assess business processes, reports, condition rules, eligibility rules, calculated fields, or integrations required to meet business requirements.
Establish template to standardize the planning, execution, and tracking of UAT for all systems in support of North America Customer Care.
Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts Test the user experience from customer intake to backend order processes, including customer communications before new functionality deployment.
Integrate and coordinate UAT requirements with US and Canadian Customer Care leadership and team members.
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with Product Manager to review deliverables/activities as identified in the test plans for accuracy, consistency, completeness and compliance. Ensure adequate test coverage for every release.
Preparing for release approvals, including Veeva documentation, screenshots.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required
4+ years of experience
Experience in Software Testing and/or Software Quality Assurance
Experience working as User Acceptance Testing
Must be technically strong and have experience testing mobile applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in applications and databases such as SAP and Salesforce
Medical Device experience strongly preferred.
Understanding of delivering digital products in a regulated environment
