Business Process Expert – Quality Management and Plant Maintenance
Role Overview

Responsibilities
Distinguish standard vs. unique business requirements for all business processes in Plant maintenance and Quality management area, minimizing differentiation;
Keep up to date with industry standard and benchmarks and implement process best practices to the organization;
Deliver a harmonized global process design and ensure successful execution of process design across work streams;
Manage a process end-to-end and continuously improve it.
Deliver impactful results on process improvement throughout work streams and within the vision and objectives of the process.
Good understanding of Quality Management and Plant Maintenance processes in SAP
Ability to support data conversion activities related to Quality Management and Plant Maintenance to support Philips deployments.
Ensure alignment and execution of these projects within functional domains; Coordinate cross-sector process standardization and simplification.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s degree with> 5 years of related experience;
Advanced English communication skills
Conceptual thinking and analytics.
Ability to design supporting processes for the target vision.
Experience in leading process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Hoshin or 6-sigma).
SAP Quality Management knowledge
SAP Plant Maintenance experience will be a plus
Project Management experience in manufacturing industries will be a plus, preferred medical devices
