We are looking for a Business Analyst

Are you a data driven professional who excels in business process improvement and implementation? Teradyne Global Operations wants to hire you! The Business Analyst is the key technical resource for all business process improvement related issues. Responsible for the due diligence aspects of driving business process improvement projects, promotes a continuous improvement-value-add mentality across the organization while keeping current knowledge of industry and software technology trends.

Opportunity Overview of Role’s Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification, improvement, and implementation of business processes and procedures to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Lead thorough analyses to identify opportunities for business process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost reductions.

  • Champion initiatives for continuous business process improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer requirements, and company standards in all process improvement activities.

  • Work with other process engineers to integrate new and existing business processes seamlessly.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between end-users and Information Technology (IT) developers during the execution of automation and improvement projects.

  • Facilitate the design, development, and deployment of solutions that meet business requirements within specified time, cost, and quality parameters.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field.

    7 years of experience in:

  • Business process improvement/automation and IT project management within an operations environment

  • Proven track record of leading and implementing successful process improvement or large-scale software implementations initiatives.

  • Problem-solving methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Value Stream Mapping.

  • Understanding of relational databases, and collaboration software.

  • Analyzing and handling high volume of data through business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.

  • Understanding of standard enterprise and operations software like MRP, DRP, PDM, CRM, etc.

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

  • This position may require occasional travel and participation in off-hour meetings or calls with global stakeholders.
