This is a full desk position - the individual we are looking for is comfortable and successful with: identifying leads pursuing contacts setting sales appointments developing and delivering sales presentations closing new accounts account retention recruiting to fill job requisitions
We are open to anyone with a proven new business sales track record. Ideally some or all of the following criteria are met:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
- 2+ years' experience in cold calling and achieving sales quotas
- Outside sales training
- Strong communication skills with honed ability to give presentations, negotiate and close business

Base Salary will vary based on skills, experience, and sales quota obtainment- Cuyahoga, Portage or Summit County- preferred
