Job Description
Leads, supports, and handles the delivery of all technical and service aspects of projects and studies for clients, ensuring high-quality results.
Takes full responsibility for resolving the preliminary design of the study, demonstrating a proactive and meaningful approach.
Acts as a connector within the company, encouraging collaboration and coordination with all internal team members, while maintaining direct contact with external customers.
Initiates the involvement of appropriate internal and external customers, maintaining continuous communication with those departments to ensure consistently high standards of work delivered to customers.
Attends Project Meetings at a Fisher Clinical or customer site, representing the business and leading discussions as required by the customer.
Facilitates customer teleconferences, visits, and audits, providing timely reports and updates to customers.
Collaborates with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel to drive Problem Reports to closure, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Ensures accurate translation of customer needs and amending quotes and budgets.
Provides accurate and timely financial forecasting and reporting, supporting effective project management and decision-making.
Ensure timely revenue recognition for projects and verifies final production information for the Accounting Department prior to invoice release.
Participates in and coordinates cross-functional business process improvement activities, to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Works closely with the account manager to ensure overall customer happiness to address any concerns or issues promptly.
Applies GXP (Good Practice) principles in all areas of responsibility, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Trains, mentors, and leads new colleagues within and across the team, encouraging a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Plan and develop the Project Idea with action items and lesson learnt.
