Sensata Technologies, Inc. Order Entry Support in Aguascalientes, Mexico
Process all orders, changes and rescheduling of Clients in Oracle, received from them.
Monitoring of customer portal requirements.
Interact with CSR to resolve order discrepancies.
Validate the accuracy of all data entry granting a 100% quality.
Attend daily Order Entry reports to achieve target metrics.
Other responsibilities or projects assigned by the order entry supervisor.
