What does a Water Infrastructure Graduate in our Water team do?
On a day to day you might be involved in:
Collate and interrogate historical information and site investigations to input into Design and Project Management of water projects.
Perform engineering tasks relevant to your degree as assigned by the Lead Engineer which may include design calculations, produce design sketches, collaborate with drafting and multi-disciplinary team to produce 3D model and drawings.
Attend design meetings and implement action items into the design under supervision of a Senior Engineer.
Providing solutions to technical issues across water networks and treatment facilities and following the appropriate standards and specifications.
Assist with developing and tracking project schedules, milestone and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. Work on project life cycle from conception to completion.
Work collaboratively with our clients and colleagues across SA and Australia
Follow Stantec’s HSSE polices on site and in the office.

Qualifications
About You
Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree
Passion for learning and problem-solving
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Attention to detail and a pro-active attitude
Eligible to work in Australia
Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years of experience
