The Opportunity
Join us in a pivotal field-based role where you'll enhance the customer support capabilities of our A&T dealers. Collaborate with dealer management to set business plans, provide hands-on assistance, and ensure goals are achieved. In this dynamic position, you'll resolve technical and parts issues, liaise with factory teams, and manage product warranties to ensure customer satisfaction. The successful applicant needs to live in South Australia or Western Victoria and should be ready for frequent domestic travel. You will be provided with a fully maintained tool of trade vehicle as per company policy.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve product and performance issues with dealer customers, communicating solutions to factory and product support teams.
Administer product warranty and Product Improvement Program (PIP) policies, addressing reimbursement challenges.
Manage customer issues through our Customer Contact Centre, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
Set dealer goals and assist in developing their product support capabilities to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Encourage dealer management to establish learning paths for key customer support roles and track training participation using KPIs.
Support dealers' process improvement initiatives in Parts and Service areas.
*You will be provided with a fully maintained tool of trade vehicle for use in accordance with the Company Car Policy.

Required Skills
Experience in Ag & Turf, with knowledge of products, customers, markets, and competitors
Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues
Strong understanding of dealer product support functions
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Advanced communication and negotiation abilities
Initiative and drive to embrace new challenges
Attention to detail
Ability to influence without authority

This is a field-based position requiring frequent domestic travel. The role can be based in South Australia or Western Victoria, with a home office setup leveraging the broader business on territory if required.
