ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Addison, Texas
Our client in Addison, Texas Hiring Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Housing and Registration Team for all Events and assist the Incentives Team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly, and possess good communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Addison, TX
Pay Range: $18-$20
What's the Job?
Answer English and Spanish calls for registration, housing, and incentive trips
Work cases in Service Cloud from Customer Success and ISF created cases
Research questions from ISF by reaching out to other departments before responding to the cases
Provide excellent customer service in both languages and respond to emails and calls in a timely manner
Assist the Housing and Registration Team for all Events and the Incentives Team
What's Needed?
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Innovative with attention to detail
Tech-savvy with computer applications as well as mobile devices
