ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is responsible for superior execution in the On-Premise and owns the attainment of the market level channel plan. This role will be directly responsible for assigned regional influential customer accounts. In addition, this role will lead all aspects of a team of outside agency specialists assigned to region. This person will lead in the communication and own the execution of the channel initiatives / plans across the market.

Own the Channel Plan Attainment (Route to Market)
Owns National Strategy & Segmentation Adherence in Region
Wiring across functions (Performance, Activation, RGM, etc.)
Joint Business Planning with distributor partners
Financial Management
State On Premise Compliance
Role, Key Responsibilities:
Primary salesperson for pre-identified National & Regional Accounts within the market. Responsible for selling Diageo brands into Top 3 Serves on Permanent Menus
Build and own DNAB’s On-Premise plan in specified market in conjunction with the Regional Director On-Premise and distributor teams
Accountable for actively identifying and presenting gaps/opportunities of the channel plan to their respective Regional Director On-Premise. Senior National Accounts Manager
Work cross functionally to assist in the local allocation of resources, such as trade, A&P, and incremental spending
Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Marketing and Sr Managers (regional) for any market needs and opportunities, and be the overall in-market field expert to the central On-Premise team
Accountable for key must win account relationships in region
First point of contact for any issues/challenges/opportunities at the national level
Communicates all channel programming/initiatives to local teams to ensure understanding & gain feedback
Collaborative Leadership:
Leverage & Amplify all cross-functional resources
Maintain a strong, positive working relationship with partners while driving a culture of accountability
Qualifications and Experience Required:
6+ years of experience spirit, wine, non-alc or beer sales experience
Direct On-Premise customer selling experience required
Experience in direct buyer/decision maker across Multi Unit outlets preferred
Distributor/Broker experience/management a plus
Expected to be extremely self-motivated and goal-oriented
Strong organizational, communication and influencing skills are required
Experience working across a diverse beverage alcohol distributor network preferred
