Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. No Saturdays or weekends, ensuring you have work-life balance.
What You'll Do:
As an Auto Body Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our collision repair processes run smoothly and efficiently. We will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed, including:
Life Cycle of a Claim: Understand the full life cycle of a claim from beginning to end.
Customer Service: Develop and implement customer service processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Vehicle Management: Check in and deliver vehicles, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
Repair Plan Review: Review repair plans and participate in developing proper repair plans for each vehicle.
Estimate Preparation: Prepare accurate estimates in accordance with insurance partner and company guidelines.
Schedule Management: Maintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after the completion of repairs.
Effective Communication: Maintain excellent communication with auto body technicians, insurance companies, and customers on a daily basis.
Your Qualifications:
Bring your automotive expertise and customer service skills, along with:
Automotive experience required, with parts knowledge, technician, or collision knowledge preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with web-based programs and fast typing abilities.
Strong math skills and a knack for accurate calculations.
Professional personality and appearance.
Valid PA Driver's License.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service background.
