Responsibilities:
First approval for all Service vendor invoices.
Verify purchase order matches vendor invoice.
Call technician(s) for missing information
Call vendors regarding any discrepancies with invoices.
Ensure invoices with discounts are approved by discount date.
Update hold for material pricing and warranty open calls.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft products as well as efficient typing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Able to prioritize tasks and multi-task is needed
Able to work individually with a teamwork mindset
Able to work under deadlines
