Responsibilities:

  • First approval for all Service vendor invoices.

  • Verify purchase order matches vendor invoice.

  • Call technician(s) for missing information

  • Call vendors regarding any discrepancies with invoices.

  • Ensure invoices with discounts are approved by discount date.

  • Update hold for material pricing and warranty open calls.

    Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft products as well as efficient typing skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Able to prioritize tasks and multi-task is needed

  • Able to work individually with a teamwork mindset

    Able to work under deadlines
