セラーサービス事業本部Amazonビジネスマーケットプレイス事業部において、新規・既存販売事業者向けにインボイス番号を促進するAccount Managerを募集します。社内/社外のステークホルダーと連携しながら活動を行うため、柔軟なコミュニケーション能力をもって成果を出すことができる方を募集します。

【業務内容】

Amazon Businessに出品をする販売事業者に対し、売り上げ拡大のための支援・促進を行う職種です。中でも、外部要因による影響に対応すべく、販売事業者への支援を行い、Amazon Business内のセラーの質を高めることに努めます。具体的にはインボイス制度対応に関する業務を行っていただきます。

インボイス制度の導入により、適合しない販売事業者の売上の落ち込みを防止。本来、請求書は販売している課税事業者が発行をするものですが、Amazonでは出品者の代わりに出品者の名前でお客様に請求書の発行、送付をしています。そのために、出品者の適格請求書発行事業者番号（JCT番号）をAmazonに提供してもらう必要があります。

本ポジションでは以下の手法を通じて取得の推進及びその後のフォローを行います。

・電話コンタクトによるプログラム概要とメリットの説明

・マスメール、Webinar、SNSによるマーケティングアプローチでの促進

・Product Managerと連携し、機能導入・修正プロジェクトに参画

・指標のトラッキングと分析

＊インボイス制度とは

インボイス制度とは2023年の10月1日に施行される消費税における新しい制度です。この制度により、各販売事業者はJCT番号を取得し、自社がお客様に発行する請求書に明記する必要があります。

社会人経験年数 5年以上

動成果の個人目標を持った経験

英語（Reading/Conversation）

Excelスキル

粘り強さと話し好き

We are seeking an Account Manager in the Amazon Business Marketplace team to promote adoption of Invoice System for new and existing sellers. We are looking for individuals who can deliver results with flexible communication skills while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

[Job Description]

This role involves supporting and promoting sales growth for sellers on Amazon Business. Specifically, you will support sellers in adapting to external influences and strive to enhance the quality of sellers on Amazon Business. The primary responsibility will be tasks related to the invoice system.

Responsibilities

• Educate sellers of the program overview and benefits through phone contact

• Promote through marketing approaches such as mass emails, webinars, and social media

• Collaborate with Product Managers to participate in feature implementation and modification projects

• Track and analyze metrics

Japan Consumption Tax (JCT) Invoice System:

The invoice system is a new system implemented on October 1, 2023. Under this system, each merchant need to obtain a JCT number and mention it on the invoices issued to their customers.

Basic Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher

Work experience: 5+ years

Experience with personal performance targets

English (Reading/Conversation)

Excel skills

Perseverance and a talkative nature

Preferred Qualifications:

Native level Japanese or Chinese

Work experience in EC business

Experience in mass marketing

SQL skills

Basic Qualifications

• • 5+ years of sales or account management experience

• • 3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience

• • Experience with Excel

• • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

Preferred Qualifications

• • Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts

• • Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
