MUFG Associate, Assistant Relationship Manager in Singapore

Responsible for post- deal monitoring and execution support to ensure smooth delivery of services
Build a robust SOP on various work streams and maintain close communicate with internal stakeholders
Support RM in administrative matters including preparing the forms and paperwork required for internal approvals
Support RM in fronting the customers on all operational, settlement and execution requirement
Work in partnership with Operations and Customer Service to ensure smooth processing of transactions
Work in partnership with Compliance and Legal to ensure all process are in full compliance
Provide timely reporting on operational matters and regular monitoring to ensure workflow process is smooth
Maintain good housekeeping, and ensure prompt turnaround time, and responses are reasonable
Work in partnership with RM teams to provide seamless pre and post-sales support and ensure customers’ satisfaction
Requirements
Degree qualified
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Banking and Finance industry
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Operational Support or Customer Service
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Corporate Banking with good understanding of corporate banking products and services
Transactional experience would be preferred
Project management or coordination skills to collaborate across other teams
Familiar and comfortable with process – oriented tasks
