Job Description
• Issue quotations, acknowledge customer purchase orders and send invoices
• Ensure customers' orders are processed promptly and accurately
• Ensure coordination on stock readiness, availability and delivery schedules
• Respond customer queries and expedite requests
• Ensure delivery and customer requirements are met
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Diploma in Business or Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in a customer service function
• A team player, meticulous and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Possess good problem solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
