Account Executive, Strategic Account Management

What the day will look like
To maintain smooth and harmonious working relationships with clients, their in-house insurance/reinsurance and broking team, various ceding companies, various insurance service providers and Aon Specialty and servicing teams worldwide;
Assist the team in the following areas:
Reinsurance broking support
Gathering, analysis and management of underwriting information
Preparation of client and market presentations
Preparation of policy wordings, cover notes and related documents
Co-ordination of the invoicing and follow-up of premium collections
Co-ordination of Claims processing/documentations/advocacy
Co-ordination of Risk Management/Loss Control Programs
Assist in the preparation of timely reports as follows:
Quarterly schedule of renewals
Stewardship reports
Renewal reports
Claim Bordereaux report
To assist develop organic growth opportunities with existing clients including cross-selling other Aon capabilities
Assist in the coordination of client meetings, trips and other special requirements
Any additional duties/tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with Risk and Insurance Management/Business/Finance/Sales related curriculum preferred
At least one (1) to two (2) years’ experience in a reinsurance or insurance broking or related insurance/reinsurance company;
Competent in Microsoft Office applications;
Excellent spoken and written communication
Spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia/Melayu is an advantage
A team player who is able to multi task in a highly pressurized environment & willingness to travel
Good relationship development skills, in dealings with both internal and external customers and stakeholders
