We are seeking a Managing Director to join our National Investor Accounts Team to work closely with the firms' largest US investor services clients in the region, and have direct national and global responsibility for a select number of our larger investor clients. We strive to drive maximum value for our investor clients through a nationally coordinated client team that serves all JLL investor services business lines (capital markets, agency leasing, property management, project development services and sustainability) and product types (office, industrial, retail, multifamily, life sciences and hotels). This approach brings our investor clients a highly coordinated collective expertise, superior real time insights and driven results. This person will drive client relationships and with a high focus on creating and uncovering new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Actively engage with C-Suite Client Executives as a Client Relationship Manager to understand organizational goals, uncover new business opportunities, find ways for JLL to maximize relationship with client. Collaborate with executive level JLL colleagues along with on the ground experts to create engagements among existing JLL clients. Have an understanding of JLL and how to use it for the benefit of our clients. Provide advisory insight specific to client needs with highly productive, JLL expert teams while ensuring delighted clients and profitable results. Engage in opportunities to scale clients' organizations for mutual benefit. Develop strong relationships with clients - help us nurture existing relationships and create new ones. Keeping JLL teams and systems up to date with current insight. Develop new business by creating a strong national relationship and connecting strong local market teams with their client counterparts. Help clients with investment returns, capital placement, market knowledge/insight, and relationships Ensure sales knowledge in all service lines and work closely with capital markets, agency, tenant rep, property management, retail, PDS, etc. Create and clearly project unified leadership -- a "we" approach and language, in both internal and external messaging. Develop client and asset attack plans (locally, regionally and nationally as appropriate) Provide superior client service: Maintaining a total outward client focusLeverage "who we are" as a firm by differentiating JLL from our competitors.
