onsemi Demand Planner, Staff - Supply Chain in Scottsdale, Arizona

Job Summary:

onsemi is seeking a candidate with strong problem solving and analytical skills to join the Integrated Planning Team within SCM group. You will drive forecast consensus between Sales and Business Unit stakeholders which will drive the Unconstrained and Constrained Demand Plan (URDP/ CRDP). Forecast alignment and accuracy is critical component of onsemi’s success and you’ll collaborate with global cross-functional team to support corporate revenue strategy and goals.

In this on-site role based in San Jose, CA or Scottsdale, AZ you will be working with a global cross-functional team including sales, engineering, marketing, and operations professionals. You will lead the consensus demand reviews as part of the S&OP process through partnership with Sales, BU, and Manufacturing Operations. You will participate in weekly BU business review and monthly Sales forecast review to drive alignment to S&OP and S&OE.
