Aston Carter Senior Project Manager in Saint Paul, Minnesota
Description:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of IBM Business Automation Workflow integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, developers, and external vendors, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and technology infrastructure, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Lead change management activities, including training, communication, and support, to facilitate user adoption and minimize disruption during implementation.
Monitor project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and escalation procedures as needed to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on project objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned from previous projects to optimize processes, tools, and methodologies for future implementations.
Design of quality checks / processes required for the pilot files and process
Co-lead UAT and other hardware/software testing with IT
Lead the pilot process – i.e. ensuring that the team members are comfortable with the new process, testing inline with work instructions, etc.

Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of PM experience
PMP certificate
Experience utilizing IBM Business Automation Workflows (product formerly known as BPM)
2 + years of experience leading projects within Financial Services Industry
Six Sigma certified
Experience Level:
Expert Level
