Aerotek Production Supervisor - 1st Shfit in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Description:
• Strong communication skills to actively listen to stakeholders and clearly verbalize ideas and action plans. • Excellent organizational skills to plan production schedules and ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment. • Strong analytical skills to determine problems within the production process and take appropriate action. • Good time-management skills to minimize downtime and ensure a team works efficiently. • The ability to cope with pressure and make sound decisions quickly. • A firm understanding of health and safety regulations. • Conduct internal inspections, internal audits, GMP reports, shift reports, and any other tasks assigned. • Consistently updating training documents and retraining current employees and new hires. • Set up Personnel Schedules and request temps as needed. Ensure all raw materials are in house for current and future production needs. • Manage up to thirty operators, leads, and temps depending on production needs.
