The opportunity

This role will be accountable for the developing and implementing value-added services (VAS) to enhance the overall health and protection insurance offering. Collaborating with the product and propositions managers, cross-functional teams and Head of Health, you shall help develop VAS strategies and implement defined strategies by integrating value-added services into the insurance product offering. You shall identify and manage partnerships with healthcare providers, wellness programs, and other relevant service providers. You shall be accountable in monitoring and analyzing the performance of value-added services to ensure they meet customer needs and contribute significantly to the overall business objectives of the Health and Protections category. This role shall also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to value-added services.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Head of Health, product and propositions managers and helping develop strategies on VAS and partnership. This will include developing the framework for VAS and partner selection and monetization models for VAS.

  • Researching and identifying opportunities for value-added services that align with product strategies including the needs and preferences of the target market.

  • Negotiating and managing partnerships with healthcare providers, wellness programs, and other service providers to enhance the value proposition of the health and protection insurance offering.

  • Developing and managing the budget for value-added services and partnerships.

  • Collaborating with marketing and distribution teams to communicate the value of the added services to members and potential customers.

  • Collaborating with Customer Experience and Operation team to ensure delivery of VAS and partner services are optimized and deliver a consistently fantastic customer experience.

Providing regular reporting and analysis on the performance and impact of value-added services.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in the Health industry. Experience in the insurance industry and financial services is a plus.

  • Experience in consumer sale and/or marketing, partner development and management

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including current trends and best practices in value-added services.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to build and maintain partnerships with service providers.

  • Analytical skills to assess the performance and impact of value-added services and make data-driven decisions.

  • Project management skills to oversee the development and implementation of new value-added services.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Graduate of bachelor degree preferably major in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or another equivalent field.

  • At least 5 years working experience.
