What you will do:
Create a rewarding Associate Journey by identifying training needs
Support the implementation of Hyatt's purpose, demonstrate and reinforce Hyatt’s Values
Build rapport and communicate effectively with associates at all levels
Provide support to Director of Human Resources and the Division and advise any new training material that would be beneficial to the hotel
Qualifications:
What you should have:
Ideally with a university degree in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in hotel industry
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
Effective communication skills and proficient in English and Cantonese are essential
