Job Description
Make out bound phone calls to provided leads in order to generate more business
Ensure policies sold and managed in the agency meet the underwriting principles.
Sell at least one policy a day (60-80 outbound phone calls)
Record client interactions and transactions, detailing client inquiries, requests, concerns, comments, and any actions taken.
Participate in training programs provided by the agency or district to gain hands on experience into agency ownership

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience in insurance sales and customer service
Has an active all lines Property and Casualty License in the state of Michigan
Has an active Life, Accident, and Health license in the state or Michigan
Must have a desire to be an agency owner in 6-12 months
Willingness to learn and be coachable - Bilingual (any language) null
